The Extension, including its source code, design, signature database, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of Venom Industries LLC. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Extension as described herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Venom Industries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the Extension is free, this amount is zero.
Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we handle (and do not handle) your data.
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Extension. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Extension. We reserve the right to discontinue the Extension at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
