By installing or using SaaS Detective ("the Extension"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
Venom Industries LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SaaS Detective for your own lawful purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Extension or your Pro license key.
You agree to use the Extension only on websites you are authorized to access. You may not use SaaS Detective to facilitate unauthorized access, automated scraping at scale, or any activity that violates applicable law.
The Extension is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Websites change frequently — detection accuracy is not guaranteed for all sites at all times. Venom Industries LLC makes no representations about the completeness or accuracy of results.
Pro license keys are for individual use only. Sharing license keys is prohibited. Venom Industries LLC reserves the right to revoke keys used in violation of these terms without refund.
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time via your Stripe billing portal. 3-month, 6-month, and annual plans are one-time charges — access is active for the full paid period with no recurring billing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venom Industries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension or reliance on its results.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
